In the October 2024 Xbox Partner Preview, Remedy Entertainment declared that the long-anticipated Lake House DLC for Alan Wake 2 is set to be released on October 22, 2024. This upcoming expansion will feature players taking on the role of FBC agent Kiran Estevez, who will delve into the mysterious Lake House outpost, believed to be deserted and situated near Bright Falls.
The freshly unveiled trailer for the Lake House DLC provides a glimpse of the new environment awaiting exploration, alongside a terrifying new creature emerging from a painted wall, which promptly engages in combat with Kiran. Moreover, the footage showcases agent Estevez utilizing an innovative weapon that resembles a grenade launcher, which appears to have the ability to be charged for enhanced power.

The Night Springs DLC for Alan Wake 2 was launched on June 8, 2024, featuring three unique scenarios that highlight fan-favorite Rose, Sheriff Tim Breaker, and the main character from Control, Jesse Faden, as they creatively reinterpret events from the interconnected worlds of Alan Wake and Control.
Alan Wake 2 is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC through the Epic Games Store, with the Lake House DLC expansion scheduled for release on October 22, 2024.
