‘Ballerina’ Gray “My first film music challenge, please enjoy the sound source separately”

Gray, who participated as the film’s music director, said, “The director kept saying that it would be good to have something unique to the film. By focusing on that, he made hip-hop and electronic music instead of the traditional ballet music. I especially paid a lot of attention to the opening music. Ballet music. “I made a song thinking it was for a stage, and I played it to the director, first with an orchestra and then with electronic music, and I choreographed it, but unfortunately that music wasn’t included,” he said, revealing behind-the-scenes information related to the film’s music.

Although this was Gray’s first attempt at film music, the praise from the director and actors for the film music was enormous. Jeon Jong-seo said, “I liked the music so much that I told him not to make any other music in the future other than the movie music for ‘Ballerina.’”

Regarding Jeon Jong-seo’s remarks, Gray jokingly said, “I think it’s the best compliment. After hearing Jeon Jong-seo tell me not to do music anymore, I briefly thought about doing that.”

Gray said, “The music will be released on all music sites an hour after watching the movie, so be sure to look for it and enjoy the afterglow even more,” and recommended listening to the music at the same time as the work being released this afternoon.
