Exploring the New Metaphor: Junah as the ReFantazio Figure

Kotobukiya has provided an exciting update on the Metaphor: ReFantazio merchandise following the global launch of the game. The spotlight is on the development of the figure representing Junah, one of the game’s playable characters, currently in its unpainted prototype stage. Details about the release date remain undisclosed.

In this upcoming figure based on Metaphor: ReFantazio, Junah is sculpted in her battle and exploration attire. However, the intricacies of her dress pattern are not yet visible, reflecting the figure’s current developmental phase. As her primary Archetype is the Masked Dancer, she is depicted with a fan, which she uses in combat during the RPG.

For a closer inspection of Junah’s figure’s progress, it’s important to note that certain features may be altered as it moves closer to completion and awaits final approval.

Junah is not the only character from Metaphor: ReFantazio receiving the figure treatment. In a series of announcements in September 2024, characters such as the protagonist and Gallica were highlighted. The main character is set to be created as a Nendoroid, while Kotobukiya is also developing a scale figure of Gallica. Additionally, Bandai Namco is producing an SH Figuarts version of the hero.

Metaphor: ReFantazio is currently available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC globally. Kotobukiya is developing figures of both Junah and Gallica.
