Gremio Prepares a Delicious Stew in Suikoden 1 and 2 Famitsu DX Pack

The highly anticipated Famitsu DX Pack edition of Suikoden 1 and 2 HD Remaster will feature a brand new A4 artwork showcasing Gremio cooking a stew, created by renowned artist and game designer Junko Kawano. In addition to this exclusive illustration, the package will include various collectible items. [Thanks to Famitsu!]

Among the collectibles are a series of pin badges that display the main characters from Suikoden 1, including Tir McDohl, Ted, Gremio, Cleo, and Pahn, inspired by the aforementioned illustration. Additionally, there will be a glass featuring the names of the 108 Stars of Destiny from either Suikoden title.

Japan will exclusively offer the Famitsu DX Pack for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, priced at 11,550 yen (approximately $76.48). Pre-orders are now open in Japan via the Ebten online store. Another variant of the package is available, which includes the same collectibles plus a 3D crystal featuring the game’s protagonist, retailing for 16,500 yen (around $109.27).

Scheduled for release on March 6, 2025, the Suikoden 1 and 2 HD Remaster will be available across various platforms including Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The classic titles were originally launched on the PlayStation and also saw a collection release on PSP, which was exclusive to Japan.
