Applicants are expected to graduate from a 4-year university in February 2024 or hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The final acceptance announcement is scheduled for December, and employment is scheduled for early 2024.

Kia introduced a hybrid hiring method in the second half of last year. In the first half of the year, permanent recruitment is conducted for each job position every month, and in the second half, bulk recruitment is conducted by department.
