Japanese Voice Actors for Ifa and Ronova in Genshin Impact Revealed

On X, the official Genshin Impact account from Japan has announced the voice actors for the characters Ifa and Ronova. Showtaro Morikubo will lend his voice to Ifa, while Fumiko Orikasa takes on the role of Ronova.

Ifa, a Saurian veterinarian belonging to the Flower-Feather Clan, is known for his productive and friendly demeanor. Various characters like Kachina and Kinich mention Ifa in their dialogues, and he is also referenced in the Natlan Archon Quest within Genshin Impact. Morikubo brings a wealth of experience as a voice actor and singer, recognized for roles such as Shikamaru in Naruto, Okita in Hakuouki, and Yosuke in Persona 4. In addition to his voice acting, he has an impressive discography, with several albums and singles, some of which feature as themes in the Rockman game series.

Ronova, part of the Four Shades of the Heavenly Principles, is also introduced in the Natlan narrative. As the deity governing death, she aided the Yohualtecuhtin in establishing the Night Kingdom. Orikasa, a well-respected voice actress, is celebrated for her roles as Rukia in Bleach, Riza Hawkeye in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Kyubei in Gintama. Notably, she is also the voice of Chun-Li from previous installments of the Street Fighter series.

Genshin Impact is available for play on PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile platforms.
