At the October 2024 Xbox Partner Preview event, Sega revealed an updated release date for the anticipated game Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, along with a fresh trailer. The official launch is now set for February 21, 2024, advancing from the previously scheduled date of February 28, 2024.
No clarification was provided on why the release date for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii was moved forward. The video simply concluded with the new date being presented.
The bulk of the showcase featured a glimpse into how players can personalize Goro Majima’s pirate vessel and explore Madlantis. Users will have options to modify various elements of the ship, including the hull, figurehead, sails, and trim. Additionally, the game includes various challenges such as the Tournament of Captains, Madlantis Mania, Quick Clash battles, and Swashbuckler Showdown. Taiga Saejima also makes a special appearance in the newly released trailer.

The official release date for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is now February 21, 2024. The game will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam. Those who pre-order will receive Ichiban and Nancy as crew members, along with unique outfits for Ichiban.
