Entergram has officially announced the launch date and platforms for the visual novel “Okayu Nyumu,”featuring the beloved Hololive Vtuber Nekomata Okayu. This exciting title is set to be released on February 27, 2025, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. [Appreciation to 4Gamer for the update!]
The availability details for this upcoming visual novel have also been shared. The Nintendo Switch version will feature the most extensive offerings with both physical and digital options, while the PS4 version will be available in a digital format priced at 2,970 yen (approximately $19.55).
Additionally, Entergram has introduced limited physical editions of “Okayu Nyumu”for the Switch and PC platforms. The standard limited edition is priced at 9,900 yen (around $65.15) and includes a variety of goodies such as a drama CD, an original soundtrack, a hanging tapestry, an acrylic stand, a keychain, a magnet, and three instant camera-style portrait cards.
Moreover, there will be an exclusive Hololive Official Edition available for a higher price of 14,300 yen (approximately $94.15). This special edition includes everything from the regular bundle, along with an acrylic panel, a theme song CD, and an additional drama CD that can be exclusively purchased from the Hololive Production Official Shop.
The visual novel was first introduced by Nekomata Okayu during a live stream in early October 2024. This marks her as the second Hololive Vtuber, following the now-graduated Minato Aqua, to have a visual novel developed by Entergram.
“Okayu Nyumu”will be launching for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Windows 10/11 PCs on February 27, 2025.
