In the third round of the ‘KARA Karting Korea Championship’ held at the Inje Speedium Kart Center on September 17, a competition among aspiring motorsports took place.

This competition, in which 25 karts participated in a total of 8 classes including Senior Max, Junior Max, Novice, and Micro Max, was an exciting race with close competition from the preliminary round that started at 9 a.m. to race 1, semifinals, and final. It went ahead.

In Senior Max, the main class of the competition, Hong Jun-beom (Team Champions), who won the first round, lifted the second trophy of the season. Hong Jun-beom had a close race with Choi Jeong-hyeon (Pinokart) from Race 1, running several laps side by side, and was even allowed to overtake in the final. However, he succeeded in a comeback in the second half of the final, earning a total of 35 points in the third round, and rose to first place with 99 points for the season, widening the gap with second place by more than 20 points. Following Hong Jun-beom, Kim Geon-gu (Pinokart) and Song Ye-rim (Pinokart) received the checkered flag in turn and stood on the podium. Choi Jeong-hyun, who had a close race with Hong Jun-beom from Race 1 to the final, ended up scoring the lowest score in the final due to an unfortunate retirement in the second half of the final, but rose to second place in the season thanks to the season points she steadily accumulated.

In the novice class, highly anticipated high school girl racer Shin Ga-won (Project K) achieved her third consecutive win. In the Novice/Gentleman class, which was held as a combined race with the Gentleman class, Shin Ga-won started in pole position before the finals, but an accident occurred early in the finals and she was pushed down to fourth place overall. However, Shin Ga-won did not give up and showed an overwhelming run, reclaiming first place. Hyunbin Lee (Pinokart) took second place, and Siwoo Kim (Pinokart) took third place and took the podium.
