Kia recruits new employees in the second half of the year… Recruiting in 13 departments and introducing a hybrid method

Kia will be recruiting new college graduates for the second half of the year for 15 days from the 11th to the 25th.

This recruitment is for global business, domestic business, Autoland Hwaseong, Autoland Gwangmyeong, Autoland Gwangju, powertrain (PT) business, manufacturing solution (production technology), production planning, purchasing, quality, customer experience (brand/marketing/CX), and finance. It is carried out in a total of 13 sectors, including safety and environment.

Applicants are expected to graduate from a 4-year university in February 2024 or hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The final acceptance announcement is scheduled for December, and employment is scheduled for early 2024.

Kia introduced a hybrid hiring method in the second half of last year. In the first half of the year, permanent recruitment is conducted for each job position every month, and in the second half, bulk recruitment is conducted by department.

In the case of bulk recruitment by sector to be conducted in the second half of the year, the application and joining times are fixed, allowing applicants to prepare according to the recruitment time.

Kia has been holding recruitment counseling sessions at nine universities across the country since the 4th of this month. We also plan to hold online recruitment consultations using Metaverse on the 15th and 22nd.
