‘1947 Boston’ Ha Jung-woo expressed his thoughts on appearing in the drama.

On the 11th, a preview and meeting for the movie ‘1947 Boston’ was held at the Lotte Cinema Konkuk University entrance in Seoul. Director Kang Je-gyu and actors Ha Jung-woo, Im Si-wan, and Kim Sang-ho attended.

Ha Jung-woo said, “I think this is my first time playing the role of a director or a senior,” and added, “When I was caught on screen with Im Si-wan, I felt like I was getting older too.”

Also, playing coach Son Ki-jeong, he said, “Mr. Son Ki-jeong led the team on a journey to the Boston Marathon, and he seemed to have a sense of responsibility. He must have participated in the Boston Marathon with a sense of responsibility for not being able to wear the national flag during the Berlin Olympics. As an actor, I also worked while thinking about Mr. Son Ki-jeong’s thoughts. He said, “I talked a lot with the director about what kind of person Mr. Son Ki-jeong is.”

‘1947 Boston’ is a story depicting the challenges and thrilling journey of marathon runners to participate in international competitions wearing the Taegeuk symbol for the first time after liberation in 1947, and will be released on the 27th.
