‘1947 Boston’ Im Si-wan: “6% body fat for the first time in my life”

‘1947 Boston’ Im Siwan revealed that he gained 6% body fat.

On the 11th, a preview and meeting for the movie ‘1947 Boston’ was held at the Lotte Cinema Konkuk University entrance in Seoul. Director Kang Je-gyu and actors Ha Jung-woo, Im Si-wan, and Kim Sang-ho attended.

Im Si-wan said, “I prepared externally. “The thing I spent the most time on was diet and exercise,” he said.

He continued, “I always had to eat chicken breast and salad as a diet from the time I started filming until the end, and I also had to exercise every day. “I couldn’t lose my strong muscles, so I tried to maintain a sense of expansion by exercising in between cuts,” he confessed.

Siwan also said, “I measured my body fat using InBody and it came out to be 6%. “It wasn’t her goal, but as she tried to resemble Seo Yun-bok, she saw the figure of 6% for the first time in her life and was amazed,” she said.

‘1947 Boston’ is a story depicting the challenges and thrilling journey of marathon runners to participate in international competitions wearing the Taegeuk symbol for the first time after liberation in 1947, and will be released on the 27th.
