‘1947 Boston’ Im Si-wan confessed that he achieved 6% body fat while playing Seo Yun-bok.

On the morning of the 11th, a press screening of the movie ‘1947 Boston’ (directed by Kang Je-gyu) was held at the Lotte Cinema Konkuk University entrance in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and Im Si-wan had a Q&A session.

On this day, Im Si-wan said, “Of course, the things I spent the most time on while preparing for the appearance were diet and exercise.”

He said, “I lived with chicken breasts before I started filming. He explained, “He should have exercised every day, and because he couldn’t let his muscles look firm, he tried to maintain the feeling of muscle expansion by exercising in between cuts.”

He then confessed, “It wasn’t my goal, but while I was working out and trying to look as similar to Seo Yun-bok as possible, I measured my body fat on InBody and it came out to be 6%.”

He also recalled, “It wasn’t my goal, but as I was trying to look like him, I remember seeing the number 6% for the first time in my life and being amazed.”
