[Sports Chosun Reporter Jeong Bit] Shin Ha-kyun, Kim Young-kwang, and Shin Jae-ha from ‘Biography of the Villain’ are coming back with a deep crime noir drama this fall.

Genie TV’s original drama ‘Villain Biography’ (written by Seo Hee, Lee Seung-hoon, directed by Kim Jeong-min and Kim Seong-min), which will be released for the first time on October 14th, has released character posters for Shin Ha-kyun, Kim Young-kwang and Shin Jae-ha in black and white contrast. The poster draws attention as it contains the message of three people standing on the border between good and evil.

‘Biography of a Villain’ is a crime noir drama that tells the story of a subsistence lawyer who meets an absolute villain and is transformed into an elite villain. Director Kim Jeong-min, who directed OCN’s ‘Bad Guys’ and Netflix’s original series ‘Bride of Black’, took the lead, and this work follows Genie TV’s well-made content lineup such as ‘Paper Moon’, ‘House with a Yard’, and ‘Namnam’. is also attracting attention.

First, Shin Ha-kyun’s character poster captures attention by condensing the narrative of Han Dong-soo, a living lawyer who crosses the line and becomes a villain. Han Dong-soo’s dark eyes, seen behind his broken glasses and face full of scars, are full of venom. In addition, the character’s message that “anyone can become a villain”raises curiosity about how Han Dong-soo becomes evil.

The background of Kim Young-kwang’s character poster is uniquely black, revealing the ‘absolutely evil’ force. Kim Young-kwang’s role in the play, Seo Do-young, is a former baseball player and second-in-command in a criminal organization. Seo Do-young’s eyes, shining brightly in the darkness, are like an eerie beast, giving her goosebumps. The message, “Aren’t you tired of losing all the time?” foreshadows Seo Do-young’s ambition and boldness, as well as her cruelty, adding to her tension.

Lastly, Shin Jae-ha plays the role of Han Beom-jae, Shin Ha-kyun’s half-brother, and gets caught up in an incident with his older brother. In the character poster, Shin Jae-ha is crying with an expression of anxiety and fear. The sight of Han Beom-jae looking at the blood on his hands and saying, “We’re going to go to hell, right?”raises curiosity about what kind of storm is coming in the brothers’ lives.

Above all, the character poster for ‘Biography of the Villain’ makes us look forward to the actors’ immersive and passionate performances. The character’s narrative is captured in an exciting way in just one photo, just with facial expressions and eyes. Expectations are high for what kind of shock and fun the story of these three people and three colors will bring in this drama.

Genie TV’s original drama ‘Bad Boy’ will be released for the first time on October 14th through Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA, and will be released every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 PM.
