‘Yeon(姸): Goulyeon’ is an album that aims to show Kang Hye-yeon’s beautiful voice and sensibility, as well as the confidence and beauty of my current self.

The new song ‘What if I Just Go’ is a popular dance song with a mature trot melody and exciting disco rhythm by composer Kim Jeong-hoon, the hit composer of Kang Hye-yeon’s ‘Don’t Go’, Jinseong’s ‘Your Lantern’, and ‘I’m a Fool’. The ensemble of the haegeum creates a profound appeal and a unique, antinomy style.

Another song, ‘Afraid of Falling in Love’, is a song that contains the ballad sensibility of bossa nova rhythm and the free and delicate emotions of jazz, and it conveys the sad yet suppressed emotions of a woman who has broken up.
