On this day, Ha Jung-woo said, “As a senior, I took responsibility for not being able to wear the Taegeukgi during the Berlin Olympics, and I filmed while thinking about the feelings of Mr. Son Ki-jeong, who thought that he should participate in the competition wearing the Taegeukgi at least this time.”

He then explained the process of creating a character when he takes on a character in a work, saying, “I start from the body, soul, and mind.”

Ha Jung-woo said, “Because I don’t know Mr. Son Ki-jeong well, I discussed it with the director. I am currently filming this take in this situation, and I thought about what the teacher must have been feeling and how he came to feel this way.”.

Ha Jung-woo, who mentioned the scene where Son Ki-jeong stood on the first place podium and covered his chest with the Japanese flag, said, “There was a scene of the podium at the Berlin Olympics, and I couldn’t easily lose my footing. Director Kang Je-gyu, who was listening to Ha Jung-woo’s story, also said, “I thought a lot about how to show the story of that time more dramatically,”and confessed that he gained many ideas through conversations with Ha Jung-woo.
