Hyeji Yang, Netflix ‘Sweet Home 2’ New Character Joining [Official]

[TV Daily Reporter Choi Ha-na] Actress Yang Hye-ji joins ‘Sweet Home’ Season 2 as a new character.

Season 2 of the Netflix original series ‘Sweet Home’ is a world where desire becomes a monster, survivors leaving Green Home and fighting their own battles to survive in a new home, the appearance of another being, and unknown mysterious phenomena., a work depicting new desires, events, and struggles. Season 1 was the first Korean series to enter Netflix’s US top 10 and received great love from viewers around the world.

Yang Hye-ji played the role of Jeong Ye-seul, a new character that did not appear in Season 1, and was added to the powerful lineup. Jeong Ye-seul is a long-time friend of Park Chan-young (Jin Young) and a character who meets the surviving Green Home residents in a new location. Yang Hye-ji will create her own character in a larger worldview and fill her play with more variety.

After her debut in 2016, Yang Hye-ji appeared in ‘Rich Family’s Son’, ‘Big Issue’, ‘Attempted Love’, and ‘I’ll Visit You When the Weather is Nice’, leaving a mark on viewers with her lovely and innocent visuals and stable acting skills. Afterwards, she showed off her cold and cool-headed girl-crush charm on JTBC’s ‘Live On’, and she drew sympathy from viewers by realistically portraying the bubbly and free-spirited college student on JTBC’s ‘I Know, But’. Yang Hye-ji, who has been showing diverse acting in each work regardless of genre, including the occult mystery SBS ‘Ghost’, is raising expectations to see what kind of appearance she will show viewers in her first creature feature after her debut.

‘Sweet Home’ Season 2 heralded a spectacular return by announcing a solid cast lineup, including Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, Go Min-si, and Park Gyu-young, followed by Yoo Oh-seong, Oh Jeong-se, Kim Mu-yeol, Jinyoung, and Yang Hye-ji. ‘Sweet Home’ Season 2, which returns with colorful characters and exciting stories, is scheduled to be released on December 1.
