Model and broadcaster Han Hye-jin revealed her diet secret.

On the 9th, on her personal YouTube channel, Hyejin Han revealed the easiest secret to gaining 8kg of body fat in 14 days. A video titled ‘Diet, diet, maintenance, body profile’ was uploaded.

In the video, Han Hye-jin said, “Her abs disappeared after going to Hong Kong,” and she started dieting for the commercial shoot. “She said there are two weeks left until filming and she will be sharing her workouts and diet,” he said.

First, Han Hye-jin revealed her exercise routine. He proceeded with her workout in the following order: 30-minute aerobic intervals, bodyweight training, and machine training. Han Hye-jin exercised for an average of 3-4 hours a day during her diet period.

She later revealed various fried rice recipes that she eats as part of her diet. He said, “When dieting, it is important to speed up the cooking process.” As he set out to cook Gondreamul fried rice, he said, “The ingredients are a little green onion, half an onion, 1 red pepper, 1/3 of Gondrenamul rice, and 1 egg.” He added, “(After exercising) I’m hungry, so the key is to fry it quickly.”

The other day, Han Hye-jin said, “I exercised for 4 hours. “She told her trainer that she wanted to eat meat, and she recommended beef front leg meat,” she said, adding that she made front leg fried rice. As he started cooking, he said, “Chop the beef front leg and onion into small pieces and fry them, then add the remaining 1/3 of the rice and stir-fry again.”

He continued, “When I’m on a diet, I tend to stick to dinner time,” and “Eating dinner early helps me lose weight.” I’m so hungry at night, but I have to endure it and go to sleep. “Otherwise you won’t lose weight,” he said, throwing a tantrum.

Han Hye-jin, who recorded her diet routine for two weeks, achieved 8.8 kg of body fat a day before filming. He said, “Her original goal was 8.5kg of body fat. “It’s a little disappointing, but she hasn’t lost muscle mass, so it’s okay,” she said.

Han Hye-jin showed off her professional appearance after going on a strict diet and filming the commercial.

Meanwhile, Han Hye-jin is a regular guest on MBC’s entertainment show ‘Run away – Perfect Timing to Break Up with the Devil’.
