‘I’m Not a Hero’ side, “We are resolving our position” on controversy over hospital filming control

‘I’m Not a Hero’ was embroiled in controversy over the control of hospital filming.

On September 10th, an article titled ‘The drama filming team is too humane’ was posted on an online community.

The author of the article said, “My wife is 33 weeks pregnant with her second child, but she had a premature birth and had a miscarriage, so she was admitted to the hospital’s high-risk maternity room and then discharged. Yesterday, she started bleeding, so she went to the emergency room and then went up to the main building’s high-risk maternity room. So I closed the store, ran, and went into the main building. I was trying to run, but the assistant director stopped me from going because he was filming a drama. There are two roads, one of which was covered in staff and one of which was blocked so I couldn’t pass. I was so anxious and the staff told me to be quiet and not run, so I said, ‘Is that any of my business?’ When I said that, his expression became distorted and it seemed like he was about to say something, so I gave him a lion’s eye, saying, ‘Is this female company saving people’s lives, so you guys filming is the problem?’ Fortunately, my wife got through without any problems, but I felt like if there was a problem, I would come down and destroy everything. “I don’t think it’s true that there is control over filming in a hospital,” he said.

While the drama in question was revealed to be JTBC’s new drama ‘I’m Not a Hero,’ the ‘I’m Not a Hero’ side told Newsen on September 11, “We are sorting out our position.”
