Actor Jeong Seung-gil joins the drama ‘Strong Woman Gangnam-soon’.

According to his agency Will Entertainment on the 11th, Jeong Seung-gil will appear in JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Strong Woman Gangnam-soon’ (written by Baek Mi-kyung, directed by Kim Jeong-sik and Lee Kyung-sik, produced by Barunson C&C, Story Phoenix, SLL).

‘Strong Woman Gangnam-soon’ is a comical crime showdown between a mother and daughter of three generations who are naturally gifted with incredible strength and uncover the true nature of a new drug crime taking place around Gangnam. The ‘Strong Woman’ series, which returned with an expanded world view six years after ‘Strong Woman Do Bong-soon’, attracted a lot of attention from the production stage.

In the play, Jeong Seung-gil plays the role of Ha Dong-seok, the leader of the special drug investigation team that Kang Hee-sik (played by Ong Seong-woo) belongs to. Jeong Seung-gil is expected to bring laughter with his unique, skillful and sly acting.

Meanwhile, Jeong Seung-gil is a talented actor who has appeared in numerous works since his debut in 1997, including tvN’s ‘Mr. Sunshine’, JTBC’s ‘Melodrama’, tvN’s ‘Secret Forest 2’, and SBS’s ‘Six Flying Dragons’.

Meanwhile, ‘Strong Woman Gangnam Soon’ will premiere on Saturday, October 7th at 10:30 PM.
