[OSEN=Reporter Jang Woo-young] Actor Kang Shin-il gave his thoughts ahead of the end of ‘Tell me you love me’.

Kang Shin-il gave a great performance as Jeong Ji-pyeong, the blunt but deep and warm-hearted father of Jeong Mo-eun (Shin Hyun-bin), in Genie TV’s original ‘Tell Me You Love Me’ (written by Kim Min-jung, directed by Kim Yun-jin, produced by Studio & New, Artist Studio).

Kang Shin-il, who is about to air his last episode, said, “‘Tell me you love me’ has already come to an end, and I am very disappointed. Personally, it was a very warm drama, and I thought it was a special work that made me look back on things I hadn’t thought about before. It was a work that purified the noisy and busy mind and environment. “I would like to thank everyone who participated in the work, and I hope you have a happy new year,” he said with sincerity.

Kang Shin-il, who showed the true side of ‘outwardly superficial’ acting through this work, portrayed Jeong Ji-pyeong, who looks exactly like his father in real life, with natural acting. When he found out that his daughter Mo-eun, who was said to be preparing for the civil service exam, was actually preparing to become an actor, and even when he found out that Mo-eun was meeting Jin-woo (played by Jung Woo-sung), who is hearing impaired, her father, Jeong Ji-pyeong, watched as he struggled to swallow what he wanted to say. It made them feel sad.

In addition, after meeting Mo-eun, who chose to walk a difficult path, he shows his side as a subtle lover by comforting his wife Ae-sook (played by Kim Mi-kyung), who secretly wipes away tears, in his own clumsy but unique way. Despite her somewhat cold appearance, Jipyeong’s love for her family more than anyone else resonated deeply with her viewers.

Kang Shin-il is meeting viewers with characters in various works based on his deep acting experience. Having created a calming sound in the small screen through ‘Tell Me I Love You’, he continues his non-stop acting career with the KBS2 dramas ‘Goryeo Khitan War’ and ‘Fantasy Sonata’.

Meanwhile, the final episode of Genie TV’s original ‘Tell Me You Love Me’, in which Kang Shin-il is appearing, will be released on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA at 9 p.m. on the 16th. /elnino8919@osen.co.ir
