The released film focuses on the chemistry between ‘conspirator mother and daughter’ Uhm Jung-hwa and Bang Min-ah, and seeks variations that broaden the scope of the genre by working separately and together. Not only does the power of complex genres such as comedy, action, thriller, and romance drama shine, but the female characters, from the protagonist to the villain, provide ‘hot, cheerful, and loyal’ fun in the main crime entertainment.

In particular, the setting of an official conman who admits to living a life of sin and who turns out to be trying to rob even worse pro-Japanese factions adds meaning to the message naturally contained in a comedy that can be approached in a more friendly way than any other genre. The fact that not all characters that appear are perfect also increases tension and realism at the same time.

Director Lee Seung-jun, who said, “It was a difficult scenario and a difficult directing,” said, “If you look at the subject matter itself, it can be quite dark. The task was, ‘How can we solve it as brightly as possible?’” He added, “The actors were of great help. Coincidentally, Ji-hye’s real name is set as Jeong-suk in ‘Fair Girl’, which is the same name as Uhm Jung-hwa’s previous work and hit JTBC drama ‘Doctor Cha Jeong-sook’. Uhm Jung-hwa, who said, “I received the scripts for both works around the same time, and the name was already the same as Jeong-suk,”said, “I thought it was ‘fun’, so I didn’t necessarily request a change.”

In the play, Jihye appears as a ‘scammer’ who is skilled in the art of disguise, and she enhances the taste of her by showing off fashion show-like outfit changes. Uhm Jeong-hwa said, “Ji-hye is a character who has to hide herself, so she thought that she needed clothes and makeup that matched each person she met at every moment. She wanted to actively make changes and even made suggestions herself.”revealed.
