The released spot draws attention by depicting the previously unknown past of his suspicious uncle Jin-man (Lee Dong-wook) as a mercenary and his first meeting with his young nephew Jian. Jin-man’s story of leaving the scene after some kind of incident stimulates curiosity, and Jin-man’s cold expression in his eyes, saying to someone, “If you stop here, I will live and die, asking you everything that happened so far,”creates tension. Moreover, it makes the viewers hold their breath.

In addition, as the wounds suffered by my nephew Jian, who was always thought to be courageous, are revealed, the story becomes more immersive in the special relationship between these people who had no choice but to be different from others. Jian, who was shocked by the bombardment of killers that came with his uncle’s sudden death and didn’t know what to do, soon gathered himself and said, “I have to do whatever it takes,”and became the new owner of ‘Murder Help’, a shopping mall that his uncle had inherited, against his enemies. He announces that he is himself, making people look forward to the counterattack of conversion he will show.

Lee Seong-jo (Seo Hyun-woo), a ruthless sniper who appears to change the mood with lively music, leaves a strong impression by saying a dizzying line that is completely at odds with his savory dialect, saying, “Jung Jin-man, the one who catches my nephew first or wins everything, I will give you a bonus.”

Min-hye (Geum Hae-na), who catches everyone’s attention with perfect actions worthy of an all-purpose S-class killer, from hand-to-hand combat to guns and knives, and Jian’s classmate Jeong-min (Park Ji-bin), who uses excellent computer skills to uncover the true nature of the shopping mall, become a support group for Jian in crisis. However, they give off a somewhat suspicious atmosphere, which continues to raise doubts as to whether they are real allies.

The worst villain, Bale (Jo Han-seon), appears next and engages in a bloody war of nerves with Jin-man, foreshadowing a bloody confrontation. Jin-man strongly warns, “Don’t act alone and cause trouble,” and Bale provokes Jin-man by saying, “Wouldn’t you like me not to be on the team?” It amplifies curiosity about what really happened between those who were once a team and what was the starting point of their bad relationship.

Lastly, the unique charm of Brother (Lee Tae-young), a secret part-time worker at a shopping mall who appears wearing a mask with slurred speech, and Fasin (Kim Min), the Muay Thai master who trained Jian harshly, are added, making people look forward to the spectacular story they will tell.

Disney+’s original series ‘Killers’ Shopping Mall’ is raising expectations by releasing a spot containing the characters’ colorful charms just one day before its release. It is a stylish new wave action film about the survival story of the targeted nephew Jian, and will be released exclusively on Disney+ on January 17th.
