Hong Isaac’s father expressed his apologies to his son.

Lee Isaac Hong’s parents appeared in the ‘Free Song Round’, the second round of the final of JTBC’s ‘Singer Gain Season 3 – Unknown Singer Competition’, which aired on January 18th.

Isak Hong’s parents, who have been working in school management and education in Uganda, Africa for six years, came to Korea after a 17-hour flight to watch their son’s final performance. Hong Yi-seok said, “My parents have not seen many of my performances. It’s my son’s live performance that I rarely see, and I’m seeing it again in the finals. “You must never turn your gaze in that direction,” he said nervously.

Although Hong Isaac’s parents were heartbroken that he wanted to know his expiration date at the beginning of the ‘Singer Gain 3’ contest, they were proud of their son who was walking his own path. Hong Isaac’s father said to Hong Isaac, who graduated from Berklee College of Music, “When I saw that, I felt sorry as a father. He only let me study for three semesters and told me to go to the military because he had no money. “I wish I had been more considerate of my children, but I am sorry,” he apologized.

Hong Isaac said, “There are many things to be ashamed of as a son. “He thought that I was not a proud or proud person,” he said. “Because this is not the image or situation of a reliable son that is usually seen in society. It’s a life for three minutes in front of the stage. I want to feel very proud and satisfied. “I hope my parents can see the moment I perform on stage without any regrets,” he said with tears in his eyes.

Lee Isaac Hong selected Cho Yong-pil’s ‘Song of the Wind’, which was recommended by his father. Lee Isaac Hong mentioned the change, saying, “I don’t know the expiration date, but at the same time, the expiration date itself has become less important in life.”
