(Reporter Lee Seul, Xports News) Jo Yoon-seo of ‘Welcome to Samdali’ expressed her thoughts about the end of the show.

Jo Yoon-seo played the role of Bang Eun-ju in the JTBC Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Welcome to Samdali’, which ended on the 21st. Bang Eun-joo is the decisive character who created the situation in which Jo Sam-dal (played by Shin Hye-sun) has no choice but to return from Seoul to her hometown Jeju, and leaves a strong impression from the beginning of the play.

Jo Yoon-seo not only provoked the anger of viewers with his shameless and confident attitude that contrasted with his gentle visuals, but also provided extreme immersion that drew them into the screen. In particular, Jo Yoon-seo’s ever-changing facial expressions and eyes capture the ambition, greed, and jealousy of her character, proving her potential as a popular actress you can trust and watch.

Jo Yoon-seo, who is updating her life character with each work, left her thoughts on the end of ‘Welcome to Samdali’ through her agency HB Entertainment.

Jo Yoon-seo chose ‘lack of entitlement’, ‘greed’, and ‘what should I do’ as keywords for the character ‘Bang Eun-joo’ she played. Regarding this, he said, “Although it is a character that is difficult to understand, I thought that viewers would be able to become more immersed in the drama if it was seen as something that is likely to exist around us. “So, I put a lot of thought into giving the character a three-dimensional effect within the set amount of time,” he said, revealing his efforts so far.

Jo Yoon-seo also selected the scene in which Eun-ju and Chung-gi (Han Eun-seong) go to Jeju Island and confront the Samdali people in front of the convenience store, the hideout of the Oh Brothers, as the most memorable scene in the play and then run away. He added, “I mostly filmed with just the two of us, Eun-seong, but it was really fun to work together with all our seniors for the first time.”

Jo Yoon-seo then defined ‘Welcome to Samdali’ as ‘Jeju’ and said, “There was a lot of filming in Seoul, but I have a lot of memories of Jeju. Thanks to the drama, I learned about beautiful places hidden throughout Jeju and made many memories with the actors. He expressed his affection for the work, saying, “Whenever I think of Jeju Island, the first thing that comes to mind is ‘Welcome to Samdali.’”

Lastly, Jo Yoon-seo said, “I think everyone lives with doubts about themselves in their hearts. Eun-ju was a character who personified the ‘lack of entitlement’ that arose from not trusting oneself. I hope she loves herself a lot so that the Eun-joo in us won’t raise her head. She also expressed her sincere feelings about the ending, saying, “I am sincerely grateful to everyone who has loved ‘Welcome to Samdali’.”
