Fortunately, Aiden (Sam Rockwell), whom he met for the first time, saves him. Then, he tells Ellie an unbelievable story. As the novel written by Ellie unfolded in reality, he became the target of spies around the world. They find clues in the novel about how something like this happened and figure out the true nature of the incident. Then, at some point, Aiden’s identity becomes unknown and Ellie falls into confusion.

The movie ‘Argyle’ is an action blockbuster in which author Ellie, who becomes a target of spies around the world when her spy novel becomes a reality, writes the next chapter of the novel to escape the crisis and visits the real-life legendary agent ‘Argyle’.

The movie is a new work by director Matthew Vaughn, who created a box office success with the ‘Kingsman’ series. Previously, the ‘Kingsman’ series generated the famous line “Manners Maketh Man” and attracted over 10 million viewers (based on the entire series) in Korea.

In the movie, Director Bon’s signature action moves, proven in ‘Kingsman,’ come into play again. Although it seems extremely unrealistic, it catches the audience’s attention with the action unfolding in a very pleasant and ingenious way.

In particular, the highlight of the movie is the combination action where Ellie engages in a merciless ‘massacre’ with her brilliant skating skills on a floor spilled with crude oil, or where Ellie and Aiden dance amidst colorful smoke bombs and point guns at the enemy.

Howard, who was in Korea to promote ‘Argyle’, said at a meeting held on the 18th, “(The action scenes I personally performed) were something I had never experienced before,”and added, “With the choreography and music, a scene like a musical was completed.”said.

He continued, “The director created a new genre. “This movie is an extreme spy comedy and a 100% pure entertainment movie,” he said, emphasizing the fun of the movie.

The action design of ‘Argyle’ was done by Bradley James Allen, a stunt coordinator who worked with director Vaughn for a long time, but as he passed away recently, ‘Argyle’ became his last work.

Above all else, the movie has repeated twists and turns. The film is directed in a way that catches the audience off guard just when they are about to lose their minds, making it impossible to let go of the tension. At the same time, humor is placed here and there to provide endless laughter to the audience.

It’s also quite fun to watch scenes that pay homage to ‘Kingsman.’ It seems to be a familiar welcome to fans of ‘Kingsman.’

The cat that appears as Ellie’s companion cat also adds unexpected fun and becomes a scene stealer.

Henry Cavill, who appears as the world’s greatest spy in the novel, takes center stage in the movie poster and is predicted to have a large role, but his role is surprisingly small in the movie. However, it appears in a meaningful role. It was only later that he realized that this was an unusual role.
