Group EXO member BAEKHYUN will begin his solo career in earnest through a solo concert.

According to his agency INB100 on the 22nd, Baekhyun will hold a solo concert ‘Lonsdaleite’ at KSPO DOME (former gymnastics stadium) in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul on March 16th and 17th.

‘Lonsdaleite’ is Baekhyun’s first offline solo concert since his debut 12 years ago. Baekhyun successfully completed her first solo concert ‘BAEKHYUN: LIGHT’ online in January 2021. For the first time in three years, the group will present a performance that allows them to interact directly with the live audience. In particular, Baekhyun recently announced the establishment of the independent label INB100, followed by a national tour ‘Sweet Party’ Following the fan meeting, attention is focused on the news of her holding a solo concert.

The concert name ‘Lonsdaleite’ refers to a type of diamond and a mineral that is 58% harder than regular diamonds. The official poster, released at 10 am on this day, contains bright light and gives an overwhelming feeling.

Baekhyun enters KSPO DOME as a solo artist through ‘Lonsdaleite’. KSPO DOME is Korea’s representative large performance hall with the history of K-pop, and Baekhyun, born in 1992, is the youngest among a total of 19 male solo singers to have performed at KSPO DOME.

Meanwhile, Baekhyun had a ‘snack party’ last weekend. The Seoul fan meeting was held successfully. The national tour will then continue at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju on the 27th of this month and the KBS Hall in Busan on February 3rd. The final performance held in Busan will be broadcast live through CGV’s 11 theaters nationwide. Afterwards, with the beginning of spring, they will return to their fans with a solo concert.
