[OSEN=Reporter Choi Yi-jeong] Singer Lim Young-woong’s fan club, Daegu Hero Love Volunteer Society, donated a gift to help neighbors (100 boxes of 2.5kg tteokguk rice cake) to the Jung-gu Office to mark the year of Gapjin in 2024.

At the end of last year, the Hamjang Community Welfare Center planned a one-child matching Santa Hero event for children in difficult home environments for Christmas, and members from the Daegu Hero Love Volunteer Group participated. KRW 3.3 million, including electric blankets for one person and donations, were delivered to Hamjang Community Welfare Center for marginalized and needy neighbors in the region.

The Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Association said, “We have planned volunteer work to encourage fans to emulate the good influence of stars and practice it together, and to spread a virtuous cycle of sharing culture.”

In addition, the Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Association received the Korean Red Cross Membership Award Silver Medal in recognition of its contributions through regular monthly sponsorship and bread sharing activities through the WISH Cafe, also known as Lim Young-woong Cafe.

Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong and his fans are taking the lead in spreading good influence. He also showed off his spirit by winning a total of four awards in the brand reputation survey last December, including the advertising category, singer category, trot singer category, and star category.
