The group RIIZE was the only K-pop singer selected as an ‘Artist to Watch in 2024′ announced by Apple Music and Shazam in the United States.

Rise was selected as one of the ‘2024 Artists to Watch’ announced by the global music platform Apple Music along with the music discovery app Shazam on January 8 (local time). At the same time, the new song ‘Love 119′ (Love One One Nine) was included in the 50 songs of ‘Shazam: 2024 Trend Playlist’.

Apple Music editors analyze Shazam’s data and algorithms and announce ‘Shazam: Trend Playlist’, which selects 50 teams of artists who will lead the global music industry every year. In particular, as five teams with growth potential and future potential are selected as ‘artists to watch,’ the ‘rising power’ of Rise, who was named as the only K-pop singer among the five teams, is realized.

Previously, Rise was selected as the only K-pop boy group in the ’25 Artists to Watch in 2024′ announced by Grammy.com, and the news of the release of the new song ‘Love 119’ attracted the attention of various overseas media such as Rolling Stone in the US, NME in the UK, and CLASH. As he has established himself as a confident “leader of the new era of K-pop,” we are looking forward to his future career.

Rise’s single ‘Love 119’, released on the 5th, ranked first on the iTunes Top Song Chart in 9 regions around the world, #1 on China’s QQ Music Rising Chart, #1 on Japan’s Line Music Real-Time Song TOP 100 Chart, and Apple Music’s Today’s TOP 100 Korea Chart. It is gaining great popularity by ranking first on Melon HOT 100 (within 30 days of release), Bugs, and Vibe.

Rise will appear in ‘the Fillin’ Live’ content, which will be released on the YouTube it’s Live channel at 8 PM on the 9th. In addition to the new song ‘Love 119′, various released songs such as ‘Get A Guitar’, ‘Memories’, and ‘Talk Saxy’ are scheduled to be arranged in band versions.
